Indigo Care Essentials
Initial Salt Soak: Soak the dress in cold water with a handful of salt for 20 minutes before the first wash to "lock" the dye.
Wash Separately: Always wash indigo separately, as the natural dye will bleed during the first few washes.
Hand Wash Recommended: Use a gentle hand wash in cold water to preserve the hand-block prints.
Use Mild Detergent: Avoid harsh chemicals or bleach; use a pH-neutral liquid soap.
Wash Inside Out: Turn the garment inside out before washing and drying to protect the print's vibrancy.
Dry in Shade: Never hang indigo in direct sunlight, as it will cause the blue to fade unevenly. Dry in a cool, shaded area.
Avoid Rubbing: Do not scrub the fabric harshly, as this can cause the print to smudge or wear thin.
Cool Iron: Iron on the reverse side while the fabric is slightly damp for a crisp finish.
Size runs slightly big, suggest to size it down. The XL fits up to 2-3XL because of the elastic behind :)
