Indigo Care Essentials

Indigo is a beautiful dye that requires a little extra care to maintain its rich colour and character.

• Initial Salt Soak: Before the first wash, soak the dress in cold water with a handful of salt for approximately 20 minutes.
• Wash Separately: Indigo may naturally release excess colour during the first few washes, so always wash separately.
• Hand Wash Recommended: Gently hand wash in cold water to help preserve the colour and print.
• Use Mild Detergent: Avoid bleach, harsh detergents and strong chemicals. Use a mild liquid detergent.
• Wash Inside Out: Turn the garment inside out before washing and drying to help protect the print.
• Dry in Shade: Avoid direct sunlight as prolonged exposure may cause uneven fading. Dry naturally in a cool, shaded area.
• Avoid Rubbing: Do not scrub, wring or rub the fabric harshly.
• Cool Iron: Iron on the reverse side at a low temperature, preferably while the fabric is slightly damp.

Fit & Sizing

This design runs slightly bigger than usual, so we recommend sizing down for a more fitted look.

The stretchable elasticated back provides generous room and flexibility. XL can comfortably accommodate approximately 2XL–3XL, depending on your preferred fit.
