Shipping policy

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

All orders placed in Malaysia are catered by safe and reliable courier companies such as Post Laju and J&T Express or similar courier service. For international orders, the shipment is via Aramex. The products will be couriered the same day or the following day (if orders placed after 6pm). After dispatch, for within Malaysia, the shipping takes 4-5 working days, for international orders, the shipping time depends on the country, between 5- 10 days. Once dispatched, the tracking number would be shared to the registered email address to track the shipment.

We are not liable for any delays in delivery by the courier company but will definitely help you track down your package through our partnering courier company.

Shipping costs are non- refundable.

We offer safe and secure credit, debit and internet banking options for Visa and MasterCard holders.

 

ORDER CONFIRMATION AND SHIPPING

Once you have placed your order we will send an email confirming your order and also update on the estimated delivery date and tracking details.

 

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

As a company policy we do not provide refund on any product once sold.

Once the products are sold they can be exchanged for replacement only. If the exchange item is not available, we will offer a store credit and you may purchase other available item.

If you would like to have a size exchange for the product you have ordered or if the product is damaged, please inform us within 3 days of the receipt of the product by writing to us at nikadesigns.my@gmail.com with order number, full name, address and size change required/ images & opening videos of the damaged product and our customer care team will contact you within 2-4 business days and will guide you through the process of exchanging the product.

We request you to please assist them if they ask you for further information or photographs to access your return request. Once you have mailed us, we will send you details of the return address.

In case the order is canceled before shipment, the full amount including the shipping charge would be refunded via the same mode of payment.

Products that have been used or damaged will not be eligible for an exchange.

The cost for shipping the product back to us is to be borne by you. We will take care of the shipping when the corrected product is delivered to you.

NIKA reserves the right to refuse a return of product purchased from us if the product is not received in its original condition, received damaged, or found to be used.

PLEASE NOTE: Items that are on sale or discounted, or purchased with a coupon or gift voucher are not eligible for returns, refund, or exchange. Please go through the size chart carefully for on-sale products.

Our images on the website are closest to how it looks in reality. Though, there are times when the camera lens cannot match the perspective of an eye and thus slight color alteration seen in the product is inevitable. As certain products and colors tend to look vaguely brighter in photos as the camera lens always highlights certain colors more.
