What kind of products does Nika Designs offer? We specialize in contemporary ethnic wear that blends traditional prints with modern silhouettes. We focus on customised designs by our own production hence its one of a kind. Our collections include Anarkali dresses, suit sets, kurtas, and lounge wear for women, men, and kids.

Are your products ready-to-wear? Yes, all items listed on our website are ready-to-wear (RTW) unless stated otherwise in the product description.

Do you have a physical store? Currently, we operate exclusively online through our website. This allows us to offer a wide variety of designs to customers across Malaysia and beyond.

Orders & Payments

What payment methods do you accept? We accept various payment methods including major credit/debit cards and local bank transfers via our secure payment gateway.

Can I change or cancel my order? To ensure fast delivery, we process orders quickly. If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us at nikadesigns.my@gmail.com as soon as possible. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be modified.

Sizing & Fit

How do I know which size to choose? Each product page includes a specific size guide. We recommend measuring yourself and comparing it to our charts. If you are between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for a more comfortable fit.

Do you offer custom tailoring? At this time, we only offer the sizes listed on our website and do not provide custom tailoring services.

Shipping & Delivery

How much does shipping cost? Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. Keep an eye out for seasonal promotions where we may offer free shipping!

How long will it take to receive my order? Standard delivery within Malaysia typically takes 3–5 business days. International shipping times vary depending on the destination.

How can I track my order? Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email notification containing your tracking number and a link to track your parcel. If you do not provide an email address it will take sometime to update manually, so please provide email add. 

Returns & Exchanges

What is your exchange policy? We want you to love your purchase. If you receive a damaged item or the wrong size, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate an exchange. Please refer to our [Shipping & Exchange Policy] page for full details.

Can I return an item for a refund? Refunds are typically processed for defective items that cannot be replaced. Please review our Refund Policy for specific conditions.

Care Instructions

How should I wash my Nika Designs outfits? To maintain the quality of the fabrics and prints, we recommend hand washing in cold water with mild detergent or using a gentle dry clean. Avoid soaking ethnic wear for long periods and always iron on the reverse side.Every product is stated on the wash care, kindly read them for an easy wash care.

Product Representation

Why does the color of the outfit look slightly different in person than on my screen? All our product photos are taken in natural light with minimal editing to give you the most accurate representation of the fabric and color possible. However, colors may vary slightly depending on your phone or monitor’s resolution, brightness settings, and screen type.

Are the products exactly as shown in the pictures? Yes! We strive for maximum authenticity. Since we use natural lighting, the photos capture how the garment looks in real-life settings rather than under harsh artificial studio lights.
